Adasuve, Loxapine, Loxitane (loxapine) is a small molecule pharmaceutical. Loxapine was first approved as Loxitane im on 1982-01-01. It is used to treat psychotic disorders and schizophrenia in the USA. It has been approved in Europe to treat bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. The pharmaceutical is active against D(3) dopamine receptor, D(4) dopamine receptor, D(2) dopamine receptor, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 2A, and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 2C. In addition, it is known to target histamine H1 receptor, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 6, potassium channel subfamily T member 1, and 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 7.
