Ceplene (histamine) is a small molecule pharmaceutical. Histamine was first approved as Histamine phosphate on 1982-01-01. It is used to treat allergic rhinitis seasonal and urticaria in the USA. It has been approved in Europe to treat myeloid leukemia acute. It is known to target carbonic anhydrase 7, histamine H2 receptor, histamine H1 receptor, histamine H4 receptor, carbonic anhydrase 5A, mitochondrial, histamine H3 receptor, and carbonic anhydrase 1.
