It is used to treat bradycardia, heart block, hypotension, kidney diseases, and low cardiac output amongst others in the USA. The pharmaceutical is active against D(3) dopamine receptor, D(4) dopamine receptor, D(1A) dopamine receptor, D(1B) dopamine receptor, and D(2) dopamine receptor. In addition, it is known to target glucose-dependent insulinotropic receptor, transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 8, and transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 1.
